For its central location and its multilingual staff our hotel is the ideal accommodation for your stay in Neumarkt. We stand for quality and our motto is "back to nature". For our butchery we only use the well-known "Schwäbisch Hällische Landschwein" (Swabian-Hall Swine) and the "Boeuf de Hohenlohe" and the Bindlach organic full cream milk calf. Furthermore we offer drinks from the first eco brewery "Neumarkter Lammsbräu", organic cheese and products from the Andechser creamery, that perfectly combines quality with this region. Our hotel offers 32 guest rooms with 60 beds, all non-smoking and with wi-fi connection. Our rich breakfast buffet with fresh Bavarian veal sausages and Leberkäs right from the oven are the perfect way to start your day. Our hotel was certified by TÜV/LGA as winner of the service world cup. We combine diversified Upper Palatinate cooking tradition with Mediterranean touch and cosy guest rooms.
